Artova is proud to offer free shipping on all of our orders. Currently we only ship within the United States.
We do not currently deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. Invoices with these type of addresses will generally be held until a street address is obtained and risk being cancelled if a street address cannot be obtained within a reasonable time.
Artova understands that no one really wants a house or office filled with cardboard packages. We are pleased to combine shipping whenever possible.

Artova reserves between 3-8 business days for an order to ship from our Los Angeles facilities. If you have not received a shipping confirmation or an order update in the "My Account" menu by the 8th business day, please contact us for more information.
Tracking numbers are assigned on the date your package is ready to be picked up from our warehouse by the carrier.
Since tracking numbers are generated on site, from the time your package leaves our warehouse, it may take up to 24 hours before the specific carrier site actually displays tracking information.
If you do not receive your package, you must file a claim with Artova within 48 hours from the estimated delivery date of your package, generally five (5) business days after the order has a status of “shipped”. Artova will not be held liable under any circumstance for lost or stolen packages, packages containing missing items, or vandalized packages, if the customer does not contact Artova within 48 hours from the scheduled delivery date of your package.
We will not be held liable for any packages or items that have been sold or forwarded on to a third party or international location.
